COMMITMENT

You can be RESPONSIBLE but not COMMITTED.

Let me ask you this question have you ever see two brothers/sisters that look alike? Have you ever see two identical twins?
Either yes or no if you don’t know them very well you have to choose A for B that is the issue with RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMITMENT.
When you are responsible you do every things just because your boss or elderly one ask you to so, you will never think of what to add all you are interested on is how the work or assignment will be done the way your boss or any one ask you to do it.
When you are Commitment you do every thing plus extra on what you are ask to do and you always think of what to add and how you can do it better.
Commitment is dieing for what you believe or what you are working on.
Commitment is the elder brother of Responsibility.
GOD BLESS YOU GOD BLESS NIGERIA BE COMMITTED.

WHEN YOU ARE THE ONLY ONE

There was a man called Martin Rinckart, he was given birth to in the year 1586, he was a native of Eilenburg in Saxony in Germany and died in the year 1649. The son of a poor coppersmith.
Martin Rinckart was one of the provincial clergymen that Germany and the whole world will still keep in memory, he was the writer of one of the famous Hymn that Christian cannot do away with during Burial Ceremony, the Hymn was NOW THANK WE ALL OUR GOD.
At the age of thirty-one was offered the place of Archdeacon at his native town of Eilenburg in Saxony. He went there as the war broke out, and died just after the peace, and throughout these thirty-one years he stood by his flock, and helped them to the utmost under every kind of distress. Of course he had to endure the quartering of soldiers in his house, and frequent plunderings of his little stock of grain and household goods. The plague of 1637 visited Eilenburg with extraordinary severity; the town was overcrowded with fugitives from the country districts where the Swedes had been spreading devastation, and in this one year 8,000 persons died in it. The whole of the town council except three persons, a terrible number of school children, and the clergymen of the neighbouring parish, were all carried off; and Rinckart had to do the work of three men, and did it manfully at the beds of the sick and dying. He buried more than 4,000 persons, but through all his labours he himself remained perfectly well. The pestilence was followed by a famine so extreme that thirty or forty persons might be seen fighting in the streets for a dead cat or crow. Rinckart, with the burgomaster and one other citizen, did what could be done to organize assistance, and gave away everything but the barest rations for his own family, so that his door was surrounded by a crowd of poor starving wretches, who found it their only refuge.

The question now is if you are the only one people are looking unto in time such as this what will you could have done will you fail by going contrary to your core value or will you stand to protect your core value. Don’t be shock that the whole world are looking forward to you, is now left for you either to fail them or not and remember if you fail them you have fail because what they are expecting from you is what you have to offer.
When the world celebrate you is an indication that you are a success and this success started within and spread out to your community then to the nation and to the world.
KEEP DISCOVERING, KEEP MOVING AND KEEP CHALLENGING.

TIME MANAGEMENT

The letter Time is a vital word in this Planet (Earth). So many scholars have defined it also we have so many philosophies on the word “TIME”.
Time is one of the thing we can not do away with either young or old, tall or short, fat or slim all we still complain/talk about time

Time could be equated as “Success”. Success is the amount of things that could have been done compare to things that are done.
Time cannot be quantified because the amount of time given to Mr। A is the same amount given to Mrs। B; the different here is how you utilize it.

TIME IS:
PERISHABLE
INDISPENSABLE
CURRENCY OF THE FUTURE (irreplaceable)
THE KEY TO GOAL ACHIEVEMENT
DEFINITION
The Asians:
Time means Opportunities.
The Americans: Time means money.
The Europeans: Time is the way of life
The Africans: Time has no phenomenon and that account for the African mentality (Lateness).
Free people their time while slaves are unable to, because others are in charge of their time.
Time management cannot be explain in explicit without having proper definition of
“FREEDOM MANAGEMENT”.
It has been said that the person who cannot see the ultimate becomes a slave to the immediate. This summarizes the lifestyle of so many of us in this generation. A lot of us are so comfortable with were we are and the local champion mentality that we are blind to the reality that what we call excellence is nothing but glorified mediocrity thereby sacrificing our great future for present positions.
For us to appreciate what freedom is and how to effectively manage our lives, we need to defined what slavery is:
Slavery is the permanent, violent, and personal domination of generally dishonored persons. Orlando Peterson
This simply means the oppressor’s ability to suppress the creativity, time energy and the personality of the oppressed into doing something order than that for which the oppressed was ordinarily created to do. So if you are lucrative with lots of benefits as long as it’s not in line with what you are created to do its slavery.
Freedom is not: Deliverance, Absence of work, Abuse of work, Absence of law/restrictions
Freedom is: Discovery, Development, Fulfilling your Purpose, Discipline, Responsibility, and Service to humanity.
Quote: His timing was so exquisite; each particular event had greatly enhanced impact. Bob Briner
